He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in foreign policy, international cooperation, policy development, public administration. His career highlights include serving as Director General for Administration and Finance, Director General of Multilateral Relations and Director of Humanitarian Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, as well as holding various ambassadorships in various countries including Zimbabwe and Uganda.

He played a key role in the formulation of South Sudan's Foreign Policy document and Diplomatic and Consular Act. Ambassador Lominsuk's diverse background and leadership roles demonstrate his commitment to advancing South Sudan's interests and fostering strong international relationships. He is a strong advocate of African solutions to African issues and promotes development and cooperation in Africa and the world at large.
